The Nordic country, known as one the happiest countries on earth and once the model of economic and social stability, now has a huge crime problem with children carrying out violent acts.
Criminal gangs are recruiting children via social media and using them to commit murders, shootings and bombings.
Will the government’s reform to prosecute young teenagers do anything to cut crime?
