On 10 January 2026, Iranian patriots gathered in the city of Stockholm to show their support for the Iranian people’s uprising and for Iran’s Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi. I delivered a message, which I share here:
Dear compatriots, freedom-loving friends of Sweden,
Today you have gathered not only to protest, but to remind the world of a simple truth: Iran is alive. The Iranian nation is alive. And the future of Iran will be decided by the Iranian people. For more than four decades, the Islamic Republic has ruled through violence, lies, and fear. Yet despite prisons, torture, and bullets, the voice of the people has never been silenced. From Tehran to Tabriz, from Zahedan to Mashhad, one voice is heard: Long Live the Shah. This slogan is not nostalgia. It is a political demand. A cry for the restoration of national sovereignty, for dignity, for Iran.
And at this historic moment, Iran’s Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi, has neither imposed himself nor spoken from a position of privilege. He stepped forward because the people called upon him—because the Iranian nation needs a symbol of unity, historical continuity, and national transition.
We are here to say this clearly: the struggle of the Iranian people is not alone. The Iranian people are not alone. Their voice of freedom, their call for liberty, their chant of Long Live the Shah has travelled from the streets of Iran to the heart of Europe.
Iran will be free.
Iran will rise again.
And make no mistake—the day is not far away.
